         A psychosomatic disorder is a disease which involves both mind and body. Some physical diseases are thought to be particularly prone to be made worse by mental factors such as stress and anxiety.
         Everyone has feeling of anxiety at some point in their life. Some anxiety is helpful – it helps us react to stresses or potential threats, by quickening our reflexes and focusing our attention, and it usually settles once the stressful situation has passed, but when those feeling don’t go away, they are extreme for the situation and you can’t seem to control them it became anxiety and depression.
         Yoga is a practice of asanas and breathing techniques designed to strengthen and balance the body and the mind. It helps to increase blood circulation to brain and enable the production of the mood –elevating hormone’s. Yoga and meditation are mindful and embodied approach to healing, working synergistically to cultivate a calm, relaxed and peaceful mind.
