Yoga at your place



You can avail our services at your place by hiring a yoga trainer/therapist from us. The yoga trainer/therapist would come down to your place and take yoga classes regular/thrice a week depending on your requirements.



Video training



You can also avail our services by applying for a customized yoga video training program which will be designed by our yoga experts as per your needs & requirements and would guide you step by step for a period of 1 to 12 months based on your requirements. Coming Soon



Yoga Workshop



You may also opt for 1 or 2 days Yoga workshop at your place on the topic of Yoga for Stress Management and learn all about stress and how yoga can help to manage stress. You may organize such an event at your place with the help of your family and friends. Also different topics are available according to your needs.



Group Yoga



If you are a group of people, and want to do yoga together at your place, then you can apply for a Yoga trainer from us. We would send the yoga trainer at your place for 45 mins daily (or as per your requirements), who would conduct the Yoga session for your group.




Intensive Yoga Therapy



If you are occupied with too much responsibilities and do not have enough time to attend our regular yoga therapy batches then don’t worry. We do have intensive yoga therapy programme especially design for you. Where you will be taught the respective yoga therapy program for your ailment. The same you can practice at your home and enjoy healthy life.



Ayurvedic Massage



Ayurvedic massage, known as the abhyanga or abhyangam, is one of the most important dincharyas (daily regime) for achieving good health and longevity. It includes a full body massage done using herbal oils that have several health benefits.
The health benefits of abhyangham- ayurvedic massage are mentioned in the ancient ayurvedic text ashtanga hridaya. It is believed to prevent ageing, reduce fatigue, and also diminish the effects of aggravated vata dosha.



Pranayama Workshop



Pranayama is the conscious awareness of breath which energizes and relaxes the body. The sanskrit word ‘prana’ means "life force," and ‘ayama’, means "extension." So pranayama means the prolongation of breath and it’s restraint. pranayama is an integral part of yoga. The controlled breathing enables both the rhythm of performing yoga poses and relaxing the mind for meditation. Daily pranayama trains the lungs and improves the capacity of respiratory system immensely. Pranayama directly works on the nervous system. daily pranayama positively affects autonomic nervous system which controls and governs essential functions of the body like the heart rate, respiration and blood pressure etc.

Our postural alignment workshops help you to know what is proper alignment and how it de-stress and relax body and mind. investing in a physically active lifestyle not only improves physical health but also contributes greatly to mental health and reduced ageing process. But when and how each individual will experience these benefits will differ depending on the individual. the longer you practice postural alignment the more benefits you will notice and experience as the effects of correcting posture and restoring function are cumulative.
